Transformational labs

The Transformational Lab approach aims at co-building solutions for organisational learning challenges via a hands-on lab approach. A trending L&D question or challenge is put central in the hands-on discussion.  The lab leader works together with the audience to formulate a solution to the problem. As a result, all lab participants, including the L&D representative/lab leader, is sent home with various ideas and a concrete solution for the most trending L&D topics in the field.

Please find below an overview of the past transformational lab organised during the EAPRIL Corporate Learning Days

High Impact Learning that Lasts

Organisations today operate in a fascinating world where change is constant, fast and continuing to accelerate. Creating Impact Through Future Learning introduces a model for High Impact Learning that Lasts (HILL) that is very much in synch with the demands of an agile organisation.

The HILL model is about the learning of young adults, professionals, and experts. It is about the many possibilities to inspire and to support adults in their continuous learning and development process, aiming to create value for todays and tomorrows society.

EAPRIL members get a 20% discount on the newest book "Creating Impact Through Future Learning" by Filip Dochy & Mien Segers. Please find more info on how to order this book in the book flyer.
